Reservations & Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and will only be confirmed once full or partial payment has been received, as per the rate plan selected. We accept major credit cards and EFT (electronic funds transfer). Guests are required to present valid identification upon check-in. Promotional or discounted rates may carry specific conditions, which will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival. Check-out is required by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. If you fail to check out by the agreed time, the hotel reserves the right to charge for an additional night’s stay.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date to avoid charges. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival will result in a charge equal to one night’s accommodation. No-shows will be charged the full value of the booking. Group reservations and peak season bookings may be subject to different cancellation policies, which will be clearly communicated in advance.
Occupancy and Children
Room occupancy is limited to the number of guests stated at the time of booking. Children under 12 stay free when sharing with adults in existing bedding. Extra beds and cots may be available at an additional charge and must be requested in advance. The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation that exceeds the maximum room capacity.
Smoking Policy
Cape Diamond Boutique Hotel is a smoke-free property. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. Smoking in any indoor area, including guest rooms, will result in a cleaning fee charged to the guest’s account.
Pets
Pets are not permitted at the hotel. Only certified service animals with proper documentation are allowed.
Damages and Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the hotel property during their stay. This includes furniture, linens, fixtures, and other equipment. The cost of repairs or replacements resulting from damage, misuse, or theft will be charged to the guest’s account. The hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings left unattended in rooms or public areas.
Personal Items and Security
Although the hotel provides in-room safes for convenience, the hotel is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal belongings, whether stored in safes or not. Guests are advised to lock their rooms and secure valuables at all times.
Behaviour and Conduct
Guests are expected to behave respectfully and in accordance with hotel policies at all times. Any guest causing disturbance or behaving inappropriately may be asked to leave the premises without refund. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who violates these terms.
Use of Facilities
Guests are welcome to enjoy the hotel’s rooftop bar and spa during their operating hours. Use of these facilities is at the guest’s own risk and must comply with posted rules and staff instructions. The hotel reserves the right to restrict access to facilities due to maintenance, private events, or safety concerns.
